Fomdrill tools are made of a special carbide. Standard Formdrill tools are available from 1.8mm. up to 25.4mm. (0.070" - 1.000") diameter Larger drill sizes are available on request.

Formdrill tools can be used in most ferrous and non-ferrous metals including mild steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and aluminum. In general, all malleable materials can be thermal drilled.

Formdrill can be used in material thickness ranging from 1.0mm. up to 12.0mm. (0.040" - 0.500") depending on required hole size.
